Nazareth Memory Center and Quality of Life
The Sisters of Saints Cyril and Methodius have consistently anticipated the needs of our seniors since 1962. Following that tradition, we recognized the need for person-centered Dementia Care as early as 2003. This is when Nazareth Memory Care Center opened its doors and began providing specialized Dementia Care at the Personal Care Level.
Here residents who live with Dementia can still perform many of the activities of daily living while receiving 24-hour support. We maintain a high level of dignity and independence which leads to an even higher quality of life. Contact Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community!
Quality Care for Individuals With Dementia
Individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s have special needs. Nazareth Memory Center, part of the Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community, is a secure, personal care facility that is devoted to individuals with various dementias. Staff receives on-going training in dementia care.
The Sisters and staff at Nazareth Memory Center provide a warm, caring, and secure environment that gives peace of mind to the residents and their families.
Meeting the Needs and Interests of Residents
The individual needs and interests of the residents and their families are important, and our program is tailored to meet these needs. As such, the residents can enjoy a wide range of specialized activities.

The residents are given the opportunity to continue living and enjoying their lives to the fullest. In addition to benefiting from cognitive stimulation and spiritual growth, they receive individualized medical services as needed.
Life at Nazareth
It is never easy to place your loved one in a setting outside of their home. At Nazareth we strive to create a peaceful, caring environment for our residents and family members. Residents enjoy three delicious, nutritious meals every day, a robust activity program to enhance the mind, body, and soul, secure access to a beautiful outdoor courtyard, a large family room with a library, and a beauty/barber shop.
We encourage families to interact with staff and residents during the day to day activities at Nazareth. We value their insight and it creates the family environment our residents need and so richly deserve.
